Strength/Rep Increase really saw an increase in strength set a new PR or two! With that strength came the ability to push a few more reps also.
2-Sustained Workout Energy-(10)-with this stack I was able to get off my regular pwo supp and feel the energy throughout my WOD. Having lasting energy in crossfit is a major WIN! Throughout the log I don't think it ever diminished from continual use.
3-Focus Enhancement-(9)- most days I had tunnel vision. I found my self really focused on the task at hand and not even paying attention to the guy next to me even though I was trying to beat him
4-Pumps-(9)-the muscle pumps were pretty insane, could feel my muscles being filled. My wife is a nurse and she noticed the vascularity immediately. She is always looking for veins.
5-Side Effects (or lack thereof)-the first day I had pretty dry mouth but it never came back again. Karbolyn came off as too sweet in the beginning but adding more water to it took care of that.
6-Taste-(10)- the Taste was great, i looked forward to drinking this everyday.
7-Overall assessment- (10)- I'm used to being sore after just about every workout. But while on this I felt like i was less sore and for a shorter amount of time, it really cut recovery time for me. I used it prior to running also and saw a difference in my energy on the runs as well. There were a few days i was unable to take it preworkout and my body could really tell it was missing.
I have already recommended it to a few of my buddies at the gym and would recommend it to anyone. I intend to make this a normal supplement in my regimen.
