DIRECTIONS / DOSAGE

Recommended Dosage: According to APS Nutrition, you should take 1 scoop 30 minutes before your workout on an empty stomach. But because of the strength and potency of this product, Best Price Nutrition recommends that you begin with 1/2 scoop until you access your tolerance. And yes, men and women can both take this product. Most women of lighter weight should start with just 1/4 the scoop.

WARNING:Because of the potency and stimulants in this pre-workout, you should never stack it with other products or supplements that have caffeine or stimulants within a few hours of taking it. Do not take without 4 hours of bedtime, as it can cause you to stay awake.

CYCLING

While cycling Mesomorph is not required, it is recommended to give your body a break over time. Best Price Nutrition recommends that you take for a maximum of 8 weeks before taking at least 4 weeks off. This will allow you to not become too tolerant to the product and needing to take more and more each week. Two bottles should cover and entire cycle.

STACKS

It is not recommended to take Mesomorph with any other supplements that contain stimulants. You should also not consume any drinks around the same time that contain stimulants. You can stack it with non-stimulant pre-workout powders and pills though.
