This an excellent product. My cholesterol was out of wack due to heavy supplement use and within 1 month they were back in the perfect range. I also have severe joint damage and joint inflammation and after two months there is a significant improvement of mobility. I am not one to write reviews and certainly not ones that are BS. Dave has done an excellent job putting together products that help with issues that arise with the bodybuilding lifestyle.
