Conditions for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Products which are opened or more than half empty will be refunded accordingly.
You can initiate the return process in two ways:
- In-Store: Visit our store location and present your purchase email or receipt to one of our staff to initiate the return process.

We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method:
- Store Credit: If the returned product is opened or more than half empty, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Refunds via store credit will be applied to your customer account within 24 hours of processing.
- Credit Card: For credit card refunds, please allow 3-7 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your credit card account.
- PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, you will receive an email from PayPal within 24 hours to confirm the refund.
