Return & Refund Policy

 

At Ultimate Sport Nutrition, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from us, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Products that are opened or more than half empty will be refunded accordingly.

Return Process

You can initiate the return process in two ways:

  1. In-Store: Visit our store location and present your purchase email or receipt to one of our staff to initiate the return process.
  2. Online: Contact our customer support team via email at usnfoco@gmail.com or by phone at (970) 286-2788 to initiate the return.

We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Please note that if you use our provided return label, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

You may also choose to purchase your own return shipping label and send the package to us directly; if selecting this option, please mail your return to:

Once we receive and process the return, a full refund will be issued (provided the return meets our policy requirements).

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method:

  • Store Credit: If the returned product is opened or more than half-empty, the refund will be issued as store credit. Refunds via store credit will be applied to your customer account within 24 hours of processing.
  • Credit Card: For credit card refunds, please allow 3-7 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your credit card account.
  • PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, you will receive an email from PayPal within 24 hours to confirm the refund.
