At Ultimate Sport Nutrition, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Opened or partially used products may be refunded at a reduced amount or issued as store credit
How to Start a Return
You can initiate a return in one of the following ways:
- In-Store: Visit our retail location and present your receipt or order confirmation to a team member

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions. If you choose to use our return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Store Credit: Used for opened or partially used items; applied within 24 hours after processing
- Credit Card: Please allow 3–7 business days after processing for the refund to appear
- PayPal: Confirmation is typically sent within 24 hours after processing

Instructions for Returns

Prepare Your Item
- Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging
- Include all original contents (bottles, seals, accessories, etc.)
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit

Attach the Return Label
- Print the return shipping label we provide
- Attach it clearly to the outside of your package
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels

Ship Your Package
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier listed on the label
- Keep your receipt or tracking number for reference
