I’ve been using this product for the past 4 years and it is the best that I have found. It does not taste like a protein shake and is easy to mix with water. All of the flavors are amazing and it does not have an aftertaste like most post workout shakes. It helped me put on over 40lbs of muscle. I can’t recommend this product enough if you’re looking for a good muscle builder.
